Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your order, please send an email to Admin@AdrianaElena.com within 48 hours of making your purchase. We cannot cancel or refund any orders if the request is not made within the first 48 hours after purchase.

Returns

We typically do not accept refunds or returns on artwork. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If a customer has purchased artwork and for unforeseen circumstances, does not wish to keep the artwork, they must explain their reasons honestly. It is at the discretion of management to decide if the request for return is approved, along with the partial refund amount.

Return requests must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your piece.

Damages

Every order is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping for quality assurance. Upon shipping, each package is insured for the total cost of the product(s). Should your package be lost, stolen, or damaged, you may file a claim with the shipping company.
